We are proud of our dynamic careers and enterprise programme, which runs throughout the academic year and is delivered through a range of engaging activities. A highlight of this provision is our annual Personal Development Week in October, which brings learning to life and helps students explore future pathways.

From 2026, Northampton School students will take part in our first work experience programme.
